Fall Schedule Options Survey

Thank you to all of our students and families who have provided input about our reopening plans. We are moving forward with a plan to open with a hybrid of in person and remote learning this fall, and our onsite building expansion project is proceeding in full force which will give us much needed space to reopen safely.

It is our goal to offer families a choice of the schedule that works best for you. Please complete this quick survey to indicate your preferred schedule.

Note to students: If you’re age 18 or older, you should fill out the survey for yourself. If you’re under 18, your parent/guardian needs to complete it on your behalf.

Sign up for an open house

Students have a unique experience at Map Academy, and we invite you to check out a sampling of it at one of our Open Houses. Here, you will see the facility, get a sense of how the space allows for the student-centered, flexible model at Map, and have your questions answered by one of our staff.
