At Map Academy, we do school differently.

Map Academy is looking for smart, talented, innovative professionals to join our staff. If you know someone who would fit right in, we welcome a referral. If they join the team, you are eligible for a referral bonus.

Members of the Map team are:

  • Outside-the-box, entrepreneurial thinkers drawn to work in an innovative, flexible environment

  • Educators passionate about working with youth who have been failed by traditional systems

At Map Academy, our team is more than just a group of employees. Our students trust that we do things differently than what has failed them in the past. Our relationship with them must reflect that trust.

If you know someone with a calling to work in an environment like ours, we want to know them.

Introduce us to an Administrative, Special Education, Science or Math educator. If they join our team, you are eligible for a $2,500 referral bonus.

Introduce us to another potential team member. If they join us, you are eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus.

At Map Academy, we do high school differently. The recruitment of our staff is a little different, also. If you refer someone that lands on our team, you are eligible for a referral bonus.

To receive the referral bonus:

  • The referred employee must be hired and must have been successfully employed at Map Academy for 90 days before bonuses are paid out.
  • You must complete the online referral form prior to the candidate applying for a full-time position at Map Academy.

You are not eligible for a referral bonus if:

  • You refer a candidate hired for a part-time or per diem position.
  • You submit the candidate’s name after he/she has already applied to Map Academy.
  • Referrals for full-time Administrators, Special Education, Science or Math teachers: $2,500 per hire
  • Referrals for all other full-time hires: $1,000 per hire
  • Referral bonuses are paid out twice yearly– the last business day of May and the last business day of November.

  • When you click submit, a message will be sent to your referral and you will receive a follow up email with the bonus eligibility requirements.
