Anre Dowell



Anre Dowell has a wealth of experience in supporting youth, such as when he served as a Group Care Worker for the Department of Youth Services in Plymouth, and as a Therapeutic Mentor for Bay State Community Services. Anre’s commitment to Map Academy was born out of his experience of working at Map as a Community Support Partner from 2018-2021; his experience as a former staff member provides an invaluable contribution to the Board’s work, and he continues to support current Map students as an informal mentor. Anre’s professional experience includes a variety of technical positions, including his current role with the Local 17/Walsh Mechanical Contractors. Anre earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Mount Ida College.
