Derek Paiva is the Vice President of the Old Colony YMCA, Plymouth & Taunton Branches, where he oversees all operations, programming, staffing, budgeting and finances. Derek has a background in Exercise Science and Physical Education, and has a long track record of developing sustainable and meaningful programming to benefit youth and their families in the Greater Plymouth Region.
